Ryan Mancini, B.Comm., M.Sc. AACI, P. App.
Ryan was born and raised in Windsor and is active in the community as a member of the Rotary Club of Windsor (1918) and several other community and volunteer organizations. He holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Windsor and a Master of Science in Finance Degree from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. Ryan has experience working in the hedge fund industry and as an Economist/Policy Analyst for the Canadian Federal Government. He has also run for political office in the past. Ryan is a Professional Appraiser (P.App.) who obtained his AACI designation in 2020. Ryan is also a licensed realtor.

One Interesting Fact About Ryan: As a child, Ryan was a bronze medalist in chess for his age group for the Province of Ontario.
Cindy Duggal, B.Sc., B.Comm.,

Cindy has a background in finance, banking and real estate sales and utilizes her experience to appraise commercial properties. She currently holds a real estate licence with the Windsor/Essex board.
Outside of the office, Cindy enjoys sailing, skiing and travelling with Rotary. One person she would love to have lunch with is Elon Musk.
